The campaign platform for Kenya
Campaign OS turns the IEBC register, your party lists and your canvassers' conversations into a plan, then runs the field, the messages, the money and election day from one place. In Kiswahili and English.
Built on the data Kenyan campaigns run on
Ready on day one
Choose your seat and the polling stations, registered voters and census figures are already there. Your plan starts from real numbers, not a blank spreadsheet.
One platform
Stop stitching together spreadsheets, bulk-SMS sites and WhatsApp groups. Every tool shares the same people, the same map and the same plan.
Know how many votes you need and exactly where they are.
Turn volunteers into a field operation you can see.
Talk to every supporter, on any phone, with their permission.
Raise money the way Kenyans give.
Protect every vote from opening to the final tally.
Know what's working, and what people are saying.
Path to victory
Rate your wards, set your target share, and Campaign OS shows the polling centres where effort changes the result. The optimiser splits your budget and volunteer hours where they win the most votes.
Field app
Canvassers download their walk list once and work all day without data. Every conversation syncs when they're back in signal, and nothing a canvasser records is ever overwritten.
Election day
Agents report Form 34A with a photo from the agent page, or by SMS when data is down. Campaign OS adds it all up as results arrive and flags every station that needs a second look.
The same platform scales from a single ward to a whole county, and to winning your party's nomination first.
Security and data protection
A campaign holds sensitive information about thousands of people. Campaign OS is designed around Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, so doing the right thing is the easy thing.
Each campaign's data sits in its own database schema. Our own staff get no access without being invited.
Required by default for owners and coordinators, with roles that limit who sees and exports what.
An append-only consent ledger, checked again before every message is sent.
Every view, export and change is logged, and the log can't be edited.
ID numbers stored only as keyed hashes; walk lists carry no phone numbers.
Answer access and deletion requests, keep a breach log, and erase everyone on the date you set after the election.
How it works
Choose your seat. Polling stations, registered voters and census figures for the area are already loaded.
Import party lists and supporters from Excel or CSV. Duplicates are merged and consent is recorded as you go.
Invite your team, send canvassers out, message supporters, raise funds, and be ready for election day.
No. Each campaign has its own workspace in its own database schema, and its own address to sign in at. Platform staff have no access unless your owners invite them, and every access is in your audit log.
No. Supporters can join, volunteer, stop messages and answer polls by SMS or USSD on any phone. Canvassers use the field app, which works offline once their list is downloaded.
WhatsApp's business policy doesn't allow political campaigns or candidates to use its business platform, so we don't offer WhatsApp broadcasts. Campaign OS uses SMS and USSD, which reach every phone.
Yes. Set up a primary and your party's members become the electorate: membership checks, recruiting supporters to join before the list closes, delegate tracking, and a nomination-day tally.
Per campaign, depending on the seat and how many people you'll reach. Book a demo and we'll send you a quote.
